Bali Airport Transfer – Premium Service

Landed at Ngurah Rai after a 9-hour flight with 3 heavy bags. Our driver Ketut was standing right outside international arrivals holding a clear sign with my name. Car was super clean, AC was freezing cold (much needed in the Bali humidity), and he even gave us cold bottled water. Got us to our hotel in Canggu quickly without any hassle.

Our flight from Sydney got delayed on the tarmac, but when we finally cleared customs, Hendric’s team was right there waiting with a smile. Didn't charge any extra waiting fee either. Such a relief not having to haggle with the chaotic taxi crowd outside.

Booked the Innova for our family of 4 with a stroller and big suitcases. Everything fit with plenty of legroom to spare. The driver drove very gently and safely, which we appreciated with kids in the back.

Got a message on WhatsApp the evening before landing with the driver's contact details and car plate number. Driver was polite, helped hoist all the surfboards, and gave us a few great local food tips on the drive to Seminyak.
